Phase 2 of the installation process.
To provide material for the grading process a final "backfill tube" is installed on top of the base tube. The filled tube is cut open and the material is raked out over the base tube to tie into the existing grade in preparation for the replanting of turf.
•Depending on the severity of the erosion more than on tube maybe required to achieve the desired result. The tubes are so versatile they can be stacked in a pyramid like formation allowing us to create practically any grade in any situation. Another reason for stacking the tube would be when a high rise in water level would be expected. This is done to ensure that the shoreline above the base tube isn't left vunerable to erosion.
